Terms of Service (TOS)

This Terms of Service Agreement (“TOS Agreement”) constitutes a binding legal contract between you (“Subscriber”) and ST-hosting.co.

IMPORTANT: All payments to ST-hosting.co are non-refundable.

1. Provision of Service

Acceptance of this TOS Agreement, along with ST-hosting.co’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), constitutes agreement to all terms herein. The TOS and AUP represent the entire agreement between the parties.

2. Cancellation of Service

Subscribers may request service cancellation via our client area at least 14 days prior to the next billing date. Cancellation by other means will not be honored.

3. Disconnection of Service

ST-hosting.co may temporarily or permanently suspend services for unpaid fees, TOS violations, or other reasons as determined in its sole discretion.

4. Amendments

ST-hosting.co may amend the TOS at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

5. Legal Compliance

Subscriber agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” ST-hosting.co and affiliates disclaim all warranties, and are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Payments & Fees

Subscribers agree to pay all fees as described on ST-hosting.co’s website. Payments are non-refundable. Late fees or administrative fees may apply for declined or delayed payments.

8. Support & Service

Technical support is provided via our support desk. Servers are considered unmanaged unless otherwise specified.

9. Subscriber Responsibilities

Maintain account security and confidentiality.
Ensure network security and backup of all data.
Comply with the AUP and enforce compliance among Sub-Users.

10. Trademarks

All trademarks and logos are the property of ST-hosting.co. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
