Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”) and ST-Hosting.co (“ST-Hosting”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By ordering, accessing, or using any service provided by ST-Hosting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

IMPORTANT: All payments to ST-Hosting.co are non-refundable.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement, together with our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Use of ST-Hosting services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and the AUP.

2. Provision of Services

ST-Hosting provides hosting, colocation, and related services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
  • All payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Late or declined payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Chargebacks may incur administrative fees between $50 and $150.

4. Cancellation of Service

Subscribers may cancel services by submitting a cancellation request through the client area at https://www.st-hosting.co/order/clientarea.php at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations via email or phone are not accepted.

5. Suspension & Termination

ST-Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of this Agreement or the AUP
  • Illegal activity or abuse complaints
  • Security threats or network abuse

No credits will be issued for suspended or terminated services.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers must comply with ST-Hosting’s Acceptable Use Policy at all times. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

7. Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and current contact information
  • Secure all servers, systems, and accounts
  • Perform regular backups of all data
  • Ensure all users under your account comply with this Agreement

8. Data & Backups

ST-Hosting is not responsible for data loss. Subscribers are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of all data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ST-Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Indemnification

Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ST-Hosting and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims arising from Subscriber’s use of the services.

11. Law Enforcement & Disclosure

ST-Hosting may disclose subscriber information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law or legal process without notice.

12. Spam & Abuse Policy

Spam, unsolicited bulk email (UBE), and related abuse are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination and administrative fees.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks remain the exclusive property of ST-Hosting.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

15. Amendments

ST-Hosting reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
